Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines vary based on the complexity of the order and destination. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide insurance and professional packaging for all international shipments.

Returns & Refunds

As all our products are custom-made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged in transit or significantly differs from what was agreed upon. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
